Adult committee members include:
> One Team Captain from each team that is entered in
the league for that season;
and the following members of PISAL Disciplinary
Committee;

All questions/ grievances shall be directed first
to your Team Captain.
Team Captains will communicate with the PISAL
Disciplinary Committee members in the order above to answer
questions/resolve issues.
Disciplinary Committee consists of the 5 PISAL
representatives. For violations in the Code of Conduct or other
incidents/infractions, PISAL Disciplinary Committee members may meet
together with the team captain(s) and the person(s) involved to
discuss the appropriate action.
