Meeting Agenda:
All
coaches must complete
Coaches Code of Conduct to be able to
pick-up your team rosters.
If you
do not
turn in
your
form,
you will
not
receive
your
roster.

Coaches will be requested to complete background check (at no cost
to you). Once accepted as coach, you will be sent a link to complete online
questionnaire taking 5 minutes.

Review
league rules & code of conduct.
-
Sign-up for
practice schedule.
You must
attend
the
meeting
to sign-up for
priority
practice
location.
-
Have parents use the website for all updates, schedules,
information.
-
Check homepage
every week for any changes in
schedules or announcements.

Cancellations due to weather will be posted on "Homepage"
by
7:45am each Saturday morning and on the
PISA
voice mail: 910-622-5552.

Rescheduled games (if any) will be posted as dates can be
confirmed.

Practice field assignments may not be changed without first
consulting PISA field coordinator to prevent overbooking of
field space
(CONTACT PISA); this ensures everyone is courteous
and does not infringe on another team's time/field.
