Complete the registration process by selecting proper age division below and completing payment.
You will know your child is registered once you receive either a payment confirmation from Paypal and/or taken to the confirmation page
Pre-K & Kindergarten: $75

Grades 1 thru 4: $105
|
Grades 5 thru 12: $115

Upon registering a player, immediate costs are incurred by PISA including insurance, jersey & screen-printing.
> Before January 15: $35 non-refundable administrative fee applies
> After January 15: No Refunds unless child cannot be placed on a team by the 1st week of games.
