Clinics are open to all players regardless of club affiliation and will be run by Matt Sadler and coaches from our Hurricanes coaching staff.
Technical Skills Group Training
Open to Players born 2005-2016
Choose Wednesdays OR Thursdays in March, April, May 5pm-6:15PM
3 Month Program with options to attend either of our Wednesday and Thursday individual skill training sessions.
This is a training program designed for more experienced players that are looking to further develop and grow their individual skill development and knowledge of the game. Players will be split into separate groups depending on age, one for players competing in 7v7 or 9v9 game play and the other is for 11v11 players. Players have the option to register for individual drop-in sessions, one of the 3 monthly 4-week sessions, or save & register for the entire 12-week spring program. Sessions will start on March 6th.

3-month training program that will meet on Wednesdays this spring starting March 6th.
This training program is designed specifically for the goalkeeper position.
Our Program will be run by Matt Baker, current GK for Port City FC and competes in the NPSL semi-professional league.
This is designed for travel level or aspiring travel level players. Players can be registered for individual drop-in sessions, monthly 4-week sessions or register for the entire 12-week spring program. Sessions will start on March 6th.

We are excited to bring our new Speed and Agility Program to PISA.
This is a 3-month training program that will meet on Wednesday nights in March & May, Thursday nights in April.
Sessions will be run by Garry Stevenson who is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine and a former UNCW soccer player. After graduation, Garry served as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at UNCW for all 19 teams from 2007-2010.
